Uggggg! Back to Basics Already

I'm not moving on the scale and I know better than to just watch... grrrr!
I need to get another adjustment on my lapband and today is going back to basics day.... just mixed up some Syntrax Protein Nectar with Crystal Light and going to take it easy on the intake today... kinda over did it yesterday with comfort food... didn't get the car I wanted and still poo pooee about Daniel... Pray for me!

Happy New Year 2012

200 lbs! Not WHAT I want to see when I step on the scale and I'm not gonna put it all on the fact that I'm on my period... Yeah I know it's because:

Stress over Money & Car
Hurt, Stress, and Depression over Daniel
Not Exercising
Not Eating Right

I'm losing this damn weight! Nothing More's gonna stop me and here's only a FEW things I'm doing:
Saving Money, Budget, no more frivulous spending
Pay my bills and clean my credit
I'm done with Daniel. I don't want no man that don't want me. He wants to be friends, that's fine... now I know and don't expect more. Was my time wasted being led on... Hell yes. Am I done? I have to be, for me!
Focus on my business. There are people out there who need me!
Exercise six times a week with no fail
eat accordingly and right
Shakeology every day

Do It Scared If You Have To!

Desi-ism of the day: Success won't bite you if you don't bite it! You can sit all day and dream about your goals and aspirations or you can put action where your mouth is and make them happen. The power of life and death are in the tongue, stop speaking defeat over your life! This note comes out of part frustration and part passion. Frustration over seeing people I care about miss the boat because they're scared to leap for it. Passion for people to make the most out of their gifts and stop hoarding them away.
If God has given you a gift don't bury it and do SHARE it! You don't know who's life you may be able to touch. Life can be scary, I know this but some things you just have to do scared! Put on your big girl panties and move forward. Trust in the Lord, he said He'd never leave you! Most important, is do all things with prayer FIRST! I'm not saying go into anything blindly, but if you have prayed for something don't expect God to slap you in the face with it in order for you to see it! Geesh!
You may feel slapped in the face when you don't recieve the blessing you've been expecting... you may even feel envy when you see others who have recieved the blessing you were desiring.... Are your eyes open? The thing about blessings is we can tend to be blind to them when they sit less than an inch from our noses. It's all up to you on what you do with this random note I'm presenting. I hope it lights a fire within the depths of your soul to act on those gifts God has adorned you with and to share with others and not be a stingy person. Okay that's all I got to say for now...
